on 26.03.1974 the Mark Ulrich GmbH was set up, with the idea to
manufacture inline baseboards.

the conception of "insight-baseboards" developed to a branded article.
the company specialized on "on-wall-baseboards" as well as the production
of aluminum baseboards, which should be the first on the market.
1997
beside of the extended product range, the company changed her name
into the trade name "ALU-PLAN®".
1998
already in the following year the first stainless-steel baseboards were born.
by combination of the aluminum basebords with stainless-steel surfaces, this
new product has got an payable price on the market.
